These plants are with built in-weigh batching system water meter with hydraulic skip having capacity 400 & 750 litres are robust and sturdy built to withstand all working conditions and to give unrestricted perfect output highly suitable for Construction sites.

Salient Features

Mobile Batch Mix Plant - loading skip driven by oleodynamic cylinder complete of stop valve to avoid accidental falls - three-phase electric motor.

Rationalized planning has made for an easily manoeuvrable mixer requiring little maintenance. Drum rotation reversal is actioned by push buttons on the electronic control panel.

The ascent and descent of the skip is controlled by the lever of the oleodynamic system distributor. The rotating parts are installed on selflubricating water-tight bearings. Transmission system by "V" belts allows a very cushioned reversion of drum rotation and reduction of stress on mechanical components.

The pneumatic tyres and demountable drawbar facilitate the towing of the mixer by proper transportation means.

Batch Mix Plant is equipped with tools and a booklet on use and maintenance.
