Construction
Industry : Model
DH 15 P and DH 15 H have wide applications in construction
industry, especially in those projects where the construction is spread over
a large area and there is a frequent need to move materials like sand,
concrete and cement from one area to the other. In addition, the models also
have extensive application in the construction of bridges and flyovers.
While model DH 15 P is used for handling and transporting such
materials, the mobile Cement Concrete Mixer Dh 15 H can be moved to
any point requiring pouring of cement concrete mix. The machine is capable
to mix 2 bags of cement within a cycle time of 5-6 minutes taking into
account loading and unloading. The machine can also directly pour the
mixture in foundations etc., thus resulting in considerable saving of
manpower and time.
Road Building : Both the Models DH 15
P as well as DH 15 H have extensive application for road
building. DH 15 H is a very useful machine for construction of
concrete roads, since it can automatically do the mixing as well as
unloading the mixture at the appropriate places all by itself. The Model DH
15 P is useful for transporting any bulk material required for metallic
as well as concrete road construction. It can receive and transport coated
stone chips from the hot mixture and deliver/unload to the point of usage.
The Model DH 15 P can also be used for spreading the dumped coated fine
stone chips by using its shovel.
Garbage Cleaning : Model DH 15 P
is extremely useful for cleaning of garbage even from narrow alleys in towns
and cities and hence, is very useful for the municipalities. Introduction of
these machines with suitable modifications on the garbage holding bucket can
lead to substantial automation of the whole operation, thus leading to
substantial manpower reduction.
Railways : Model DH 15 and DH
15 P have extensive application with the railways. Besides being a very
useful machine for garbage clearing in the railways colonies, both the
machines can also be used for transporting bulk material in gunny bags/boxes
from the receiving point at the railway station to the point of loading into
the booking van, which presently is done manually on trolleys. Model DH
15 P, with a provision of brush fitted under the shovel, can also be
used for platform sweeping and disposal of garbage lying on the platform.
Bulk Material Handling In Industries
The Model DH 15 P as well as DH 15 have extensive application in the cement
plants, sponge iron plants, glass, refractory and tile manufacturing units,
paper mills as well as in the briquetting and sintering plants. The Model DH
15 P can be used for handling cement clinker, slag etc. in cement plants.
Similarly, it can also be used for handling crushed coal for thermal power
plants where the machine can be used for feeding crushed coal into the
receiving hoppers. In the case of sponge iron plants, paper mills and other
industries where bulk coal handling and transporting within a small area is
required, the Model DH 15 P is also an ideal machine. Foundries requiring
extensive handling and transportation of fresh sand, used sand, and other
bulk materials could also use these machines.
Further, these machines have application in the mining industries such as in
mica mines, and other mines where handling of ore fines is required. In case
of brick manufacturing kilns, the Model DH 15 P can be used for bringing
clay from a distance to the point where the bricks are manufactured.
General Applications
The Model DH 15 and DH 15 P can be put to various other uses apart from what
has been elaborated already. For instance, it can be used in tea gardens for
transporting the plucked tea leaves from the field to the processing plant.
It has usage in food granaries for grains handling and short distance
transport of grains. At the airports, for towing small trolleys with
luggage. It can also be used for road clearing, where the path is obstructed
and / or blocked by snow or due to landslides etc. Being a versatile
machine, the areas of usage are vast.
